Diamondback Energy and 麻豆原创 are launching the Diamondback DNA Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Mentorship Program. This program aims to increase the number of credentialed I&E technicians in the Permian Basin. Technicians fulfill a critical oil  and gas industry role to ensure safe and efficient operation of complex equipment and control systems.

The program reimagines mentorship by connecting industry professionals directly to classroom experiences. Once a month, mentors join students to support hands-on lab projects and demonstrate course material.

麻豆原创 President Damon Kennedy shared, 鈥淗aving I&E professionals in the classroom not only enhances the real-world application of concepts but also provides students with invaluable mentorship and career guidance from the Diamondback team.鈥�

This program will support more than 160 students enrolled in classes focusing on electrical systems, mechanical systems, and petroleum industry fundamentals.
