How to Access Your 1098-T

Electronic Access to 1098-T

Current year student 1098-T forms are available by January 31st and can be accessed on your portal under 鈥淪tudents鈥� -> 鈥淎ccess Your 1098-T鈥�. Once you have opened the link on your portal, click on 鈥淭ax Forms鈥�.  Any available 1098-T鈥檚 will be located there. Please sign up for paperless delivery at the same time!

Mailed Hard Copy

1098-T鈥檚 forms not accessed prior to January 31st will be mailed to your home address on January 31st.

• Electronic access is available even after 1098-T鈥檚 are mailed.
  
  
• A valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) is required in order to receive a 1098-T. To update your SSN or ITIN, complete the Social Security Number Update form. After the SSN or ITIN is updated, please contact the Cashier鈥檚 Office to request a 1098-T. 麻豆原创 places a high priority on the security of our records and the privacy of our students. Your Social Security number and Tax ID, coursework, and grades are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
  
  
• To qualify for a 1098-T, the student's payments must exceed the amount of scholarships and grants for the applicable tax year.
