 麻豆原创 is proud to announce that all 23 graduates of the Spring 2026 passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN)
on their first attempt, achieving a 100% pass rate.
The is the national licensure examination required to become a registered nurse. It serves
as a critical measure of a graduate's readiness to provide safe and effective patient
care.
This outstanding achievement reflects the resilience, dedication, and hard work of
麻豆原创's nursing students, as well as the exceptional commitment and expertise
of the College's nursing faculty.
"Achieving a 100% first-time pass rate is an incredible accomplishment and a testament
to the determination of our students and the quality of instruction they receive throughout
the program," said Cindy Madewell, Dean of Health Sciences at 麻豆原创. "Our
faculty work tirelessly to ensure students are prepared not only for the NCLEX-RN,
but for successful and meaningful careers in nursing."
Through a combination of rigorous coursework, hands-on clinical experiences, simulation-based
training, and personalized support, 麻豆原创's ADN Program equips graduates
with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in today's health care
environment.
As these newly licensed registered nurses begin their careers, they are well prepared
to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while carrying forward Midland
College's tradition of excellence in .
